Please get in touch in writing (by email) if you have any items to return (faulty or unwanted) to find out our returns address and instructions.
Any items that are delivered damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded. If you have changed your mind and you wish to return the product we have a restocking charge of £10 + VAT. This will be deducted from the refund.
Please do not return the item to us before emailing us as the item will need to be sent to our returns department. We will need photos as proof of the damaged item(s). We need to know if you are able drop the item off at a local parcel shop or if you require the item(s) to be collected, as soon as we know, a (prepaid) returns label will be issued. After our returns department receive the item, a refund will be made within 5 days or a replacement product will be dispatched.
